UConnectCare’s Reentry Program is here to help individuals returning to the community after incarceration. We can provide case management, peer recovery support services, and housing.

Who is eligible?

  • Individuals must have a history of substance use.
  • Services are provided to individuals who were sentenced to jail or prison for a minimum of three months.
  • Individuals must be returning to Genesee or Orleans Counties.
