We maintain a policy of non-intimidation and non-retaliation for good faith participation in the compliance program. Patients and staff alike can submit any concerns regarding billing, payment, and conduct through the confidential voice mail, email, locked comment boxes in all lobbies and staff break rooms. In addition, we maintain a Compliance phone line that is completely anonymous (no caller I.D.) to record voice messages – 1-877-343-2070
