About UConnectCare

UConnectCare (formerly GCASA), has served residents of Western New York for almost five decades. Founded in 1975, UConnectCare started with a focus on the prevention and treatment of substance use disorder in Genesee County, and has grown and expanded to include Orleans County, as well.  We have a team of more than 150 people and an operating budget of more than $9 million annually.

Since our formation, we have broadened our programs, and now offer residential and detox services and an employee assistance program that helps to provide counseling, grief support and other programs for employers to help deal with issues that affect productivity.
